Sébastien Hinault (born 11 February 1974 in Saint-Brieuc) is a French road racing cyclist. He debuted in 1997 with the French team GAN, which later became Crédit Agricole, and has competed in the Tour de France five times. After Crédit Agricole disbanded in 2008, Hinault joined Ag2r-La Mondiale.

He is not related to former cyclist Bernard Hinault.
